ADAMA: Tile bɔra kɔni! Funteni bɛ!
ABI: Ɔnhɔn, tile ka farin bi!
ADAMA: Funteni bɛ n na (1) kojugu.
ABI: E tɛ ji dɔ min wa?
ADAMA: [He drinks.] An mako bɛ sanji la (2)!
ABI: O ye tiɲɛ ye. Yɔrɔ jara kojugu.
ADAMA: Walayi! Jiko bɛ ka (3) an bɛɛ tɔɔrɔ.
ABI: Sanji nana Bamakɔ kunun dun.
ADAMA: N'Ala sɔnna, à bɛ na yan fana.
ABI: À bɛ sɔn!
ADAMA: The sun has come it "in any case"! It's hot!
ABI: Yes, the sun is fiery today!
ADAMA: I'm too hot!
