12-Week Schedule

Finish the course in 3 months!

The Beginner Maninka course does not have a fixed timeline—you can go as slow or as fast as you like! However, many students find it helpful to have a study plan with deadlines.

(💡 NOTE: This 12-Week Schedule requires a commitment of 2-3 hours of study time a week.)

🧐 Instructions

There are two ways to use the 12-week schedule:

  1. Email Reminders: Know you want to follow the schedule and don’t want to think about it? Sign up for a weekly email reminder with a link to this schedule that will start tomorrow and run for 12 weeks!

  2. Manually: If you don’t want reminder emails, here’s what I recommend:

  • Pick your start day.

  • Pull out your calendar and set aside three hours of “study time” for each of the following twelve weeks. Ideally, you would find three separate 1-hour blocks (e.g., Mon 1-2pm; Wed 7-8am; Fri 5-6pm). But the important thing is to find three hours!

  • Every week, consult what course units’ sub-sections you are meant to complete (e.g, “Unit 1 → Greetings”). If you want email reminders to check the schedule, you can sign up for them below!

  • During your allotted study times, work through the assignments listed under the assigned sub-sections
