Nowadays, overseeing a "houseboy" isn't easy. Some, in any case, can manage work well. But due to their traits, they can't stay at one workplace. Even if a person doesn't fire them, they rebel on their own. If a person simply admonishes them, they bristle even if they aren't right. They are stubborn. They don't hear people's words. And they don't know how to respect a person. But a person who meets a true one of them, such a person doesn't defer. Even if they make a mistake or some damage occurs by their hand, a person must believe that they didn't do it to them on purpose. The things that you tell them not to do, they don't do them ever! Due to this, even if they make a mistake or some damage occurs by their hand, a person mustn't get mad at them. A person must simply advise them because  they listen to words of advice. And they really demur.
